Career Counselling
Career Counseling is organized once a month with a maximum number of students. Career counseling is an important part of STeP program as it requires continuous motivation and guidance from the students. Sometimes it’s difficult for the youth to decide their profession or profile as per their skills. Career counseling helps them decide logically about the opportunity. This is an ongoing activity which should be attended by every enrolled student. This activity helps students to open up and talk about their concerns related to job opportunities, course and other related problems. The activity can be organized by Volunteers, Staff or Alumni Students.
Employee Engagement Program (EEP)
One Employee Engagement Program conducted in every batch with maximum students present. The Employee Engagement program helps the students as well as the employers to know each other well so that expectation gaps are reduced. This activity also helps in encouraging the employers. Fort this, a corporate / employer needs to be identified in particular location, who is interested in coming down to the center and take some sessions on particular topic or subject. All the students have to participate in the same. Full day, half day or for some hours the activity takes place, where open question answer round take place, where students put their questions to the corporate regarding the future plan, their job and many more.
